The Maven Green Energy marketplace is operated by Maven Enterprise, Lucknow (GSTIN 09BQNPS2237R1ZU). Maven Enterprise is the seller for every order placed on this site.

Who can buy

This marketplace sells to businesses registered for GST (vendor accounts) and to customers without a GST number (customer accounts). Vendor accounts are approved instantly on a valid GSTIN; we check GST details afterwards. A vendor account whose GST details cannot be verified sees customer prices until they are corrected, and we may cancel orders from accounts whose details cannot be verified.

Prices and GST

  • Vendor accounts see dealer prices. Customer accounts see customer prices, which are higher than dealer prices. All prices shown are exclusive of GST; GST is added at the rate that applies to each item (18% on batteries).
  • Prices are the same for every account of the same type and may change without notice; the price confirmed for your order is the one that applies.
  • Items marked enquiry-only are priced on quote.

Orders, pro forma invoice and payment

  • When you tap “Generate pro forma invoice”, we create your order and a pro forma invoice from Maven Enterprise. It is valid for 7 days; after that the prices on it no longer apply and you can generate a fresh one at current prices.
  • Payment is 100% in advance, by UPI or bank transfer to the account printed on the pro forma invoice. No card payment is taken on the site.
  • Your order is confirmed when we have matched your payment with our bank statement. Please switch on “Payment completed” on your order page after paying.
  • A pro forma invoice is not a tax invoice. A GST tax invoice is issued at dispatch.
  • Delivery within Uttar Pradesh is included in the price. We currently deliver within Uttar Pradesh only.
  • If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we refund the amount paid for it.

Invoices and warranty

At dispatch we raise a GST tax invoice to the GSTIN on a vendor account, and a tax invoice in the account holder's name for a customer account. Warranty is provided by the manufacturer for the tier you order (for FloVolt batteries, 5 or 10 years) under the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is confirmed by replying to our email. If you have already paid, we refund the payment. After confirmation, contact us and we will help where the goods have not been dispatched.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow have jurisdiction.
