The Maven Green Energy marketplace is operated by Maven Enterprise, Lucknow, which is responsible for your data. This notice explains what we collect when you create a vendor or customer account on this marketplace, why we collect it and how you can reach us about it.

What we collect

  • Vendor accounts: GST number (GSTIN), business name and business type.
  • Contact details: your name or the contact person, mobile number, whether it is on WhatsApp, email address.
  • Delivery address in Uttar Pradesh.
  • Your orders, their pro forma invoices and the notes you add to them.
  • Payment screenshots or receipts you upload, and the payment details our team records when matching your payment.
  • Delivery status of the pro forma invoices we send you by email and WhatsApp.
  • Basic technical records needed to run the site securely, such as sign-in cookies.

Why we use it

  • To check your GST details and keep dealer prices limited to registered businesses.
  • To process your orders, send your pro forma invoices by email and WhatsApp, match your payments and raise invoices.
  • To call, WhatsApp or email you about your account and your orders.

How it is stored

Account and order data is kept in our database. Payment screenshots, pro forma invoices, and GST certificates uploaded before 24 September 2026 are kept in private file storage that only our staff can open. Our database and file storage are hosted in Singapore. Photos you upload are compressed on your device before upload; PDFs are stored as uploaded. We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed to fulfil an order, for example with the manufacturer or the delivery provider.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep invoice records.

Your choices

You can update your address and contact details from My account at any time. To correct other details, close your account or ask what we hold about you, email pawan@mavengreenenergy.com.
